Chad Marschel, Managing Partner, has over
10 years of experience in Business Development, Technology Management
and MIS application design. Prior to founding Helios, Chad held
Senior MIS Analyst positions developing and implementing custom
analytic systems for loan portfolio management, and credit collections
forecasting and reporting applications for Wells Fargo Bank and
Chase Manhattan Bank. After considerable consolidation in the Banking
industry, Chad accepted a position at CBT Systems, a leading provider
of e-learning solutions where he served as Strategic Account Manager,
Technology Manager and Sales Engineer. Chad holds a B.S. in Economics
from Arizona State University.
Natasha Johnson, Founding Partner and Principal
Solutions Consultant, has over six years of experience with Hyperion
Essbase and was formerly a Lead Consultant for Hyperion Solutions.
Prior to joining Hyperion Solutions, she held several positions
in the areas of finance and accounting in the Financial Services
and Resort Management industries. Natasha is a Hyperion Certified
Professional in both Essbase and Planning and has hands on experience
in designing, building, testing and deploying highly complex financial
analysis and budgeting applications across a wide range of industries.
Natasha holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
